Because your elbows are pressing on your thighs and you’re leaning forward while you look at your phone.

A combination of the low seat height of the toilet causing the seat to dig into the back of your thighs as well as your posture on the toilet only emphasizing the effect of the low seat.

It’s less to do with posture, and more to do with the inside of the toilet seat impinging the major nerves running down your thighs and buttox
