Why does melted ice taste different than water?

Whenever I finish a cup of ice water, with ice still in there, and then some of the ice melts and I drink that water, why does it taste drastically different than just water? The ice machine is connected to the same exact water in the same refrigerator, so what makes the taste different?

Even after the ice melts to room temperature, the oxygen level in the melted ice water remains higher than the water that kept a constant room temperature. The extra oxygen present is most likely the cause for the difference in taste
