why do babies fall asleep so easily when moved around in a stroller and why does it not work on all of them?

I can’t say why it doesn’t work for all of them, but babies are used to moving around from when they’re still in their mother. It’s the same reason why they like to be swaddled. All they know is being in a tight spot that moves around whenever the mother moves. It’s very familiar to them so they like it
