Ok. Pharamones are signalling chemicals that science has not proven humans have and don’t actually per se have smell, although they are perceived through the nose in animals that do have them.
Body odor is caused by the chemicals that humans do have in sweat (mostly varieties of salts) that are processed by the bacteria on your skin. Men smell more than women for a variety of reasons, though the biggest reason is that women shave their armpit hair and that cuts down on the number and variety of sweat consuming bacteria in that area.
Also, people with higher testosterone levels are sweatier and smellier.
