What is the difference a V6 engine that makes 200BHP vs 500BHP? What are the parameters that makes the difference?

Basically more fuel. You put in more fuel, you get a bigger bang..more power.

There’s lots involved with getting more fuel in though, the fuel is mixed with air, so you need more air too..this can be forced in with a turbo or supercharger for example.

You would need to change things that restrict the flow of air and fuel too, like the intake and filters, and the exhaust pipe.

There’s lots more involved, like upgrading components to take the extra forces, but that’s the basic idea.
