I’m talking about when you press above your eyelid but still inside the eye socket, there is a blue circle on the bottom of your vision that follows the direction of your eye.

These are called phosphenes. Basically, you are putting pressure on the retina in your eye. When you put pressure on the retina, it makes your brain think you are seeing light, when in reality it is just a stimulus triggered by your finger.
