Measure of arcs on circles

I don’t know where else to turn. I’ve tried to learn this myself for my online math class and I’m struggling so hard. Can someone ELI5?

There are two key pieces of information you need.

* If a series of arcs make up a complete circle, the sum of their measures is 360° (or 2π).
* *The Inscribed Angle Theorem.* If three points A, B, and C are on a circle, then the arc between A and C has a measure twice the size of the measure of angle ABC.

With these facts, you should be able to solve the problem in just a few steps.
