Some mental disorders are hereditary and other are caused due to trauma, but some can have both origins. Does our brain makes a difference in that?

The brain makes no difference. Actual disorders might be different, and present differently, but your brain can’t tell the origin of your disorder.

Not particularly, if the resulting pathways are the same the end result is too. It’s like if you have a blueprint of a building. If you built it with a hole in it, is it different than if you build it whole and then smash a hole in it? Functionally either way you have a building with a hole in it. It’s just a matter of why the hole is there.
