How do those “push and twist” drug bottles work?

There are several different implementations of child-resistant packaging; [this video](https://youtu.be/EG8XTxus-Tw) does a fantastic job of explaining how they work.
They utilize a thread with an interruption on the bottle and a small bit of spring tension on the cap. Unless the cap is pushed down it cannot interact with these thread to come off.
