How can eating too many vegetables be bad for you, but the ‘right’ amount of them are recommended for your daily intake?

Because like any organic compound, too much of any “natural” substance it’s effects can be negative and have serious effects. Most things that are natural are poisons also in the right dose. Very very oversimplified.

Chubbyemu on YouTube has some great videos on these and a lot of them have to do with over indulgence in vitamins/over exposure, or a serious lack of said “vitamin.” And what those effects can do, and how to fix it from a Toxicologist point of view.
