How can birds like falcons see their pray while diving at top speed?

Where as humans eyes get waterd and go blurry even at slow speeds.

They have an extra, transparent eyelid that can protect their eye from the wind while still letting them see.

It also helps that they see at like 20/5 meaning at 20 meters the object looks like its 5 meters away. Damn! And sometimes higher like an eagle can see pray up to 2 miles away.
