ELIF Along with latency and bandwidth, why can’t we use game streaming to provide wireless and visually stunning VR?

It seems, like you are asking about AR, not VR.
VR is here, take a look at Oculus for example.

With AR most problems are to process your surroundings in time.

Another problem is if you want multiplayer. Because there should be cameras all around you. So basically, you would need special gaming room for that.

Averall, if you could connect kinect, oculus, hololense, htc vive you would get kinda what you would want, but
A. It would cost you same as an old but good car (hololense alone are 3.5k)
B. Try fitting it all on your body.

VR requires more powerful equipment, it is also vital that the orientation remains in sync with your movement, which is something that will never happen due to the nature of game streaming
