The internet says that 100g of Chicken Leg has 0g of Carbs, 12.2g of fat and 18.3g of protein.

12.2+18.3=30.5g

There is more to a body than carbs, fat, and protein. Water is a big part of it, existing in every cell of the body, but there is also the other nutrients, like Potassium, Cholesterol, and other vitamins and minerals.
