Are all severe storms supercells and are all supercells severe storms?

At least in the US, “severe thunderstorms” are defined by any storm that can create a wind gust exceeding 58MPH and/or hail exceeding 1 inch in diameter. A “supercell” is a thunderstorm that rotates and are usually pretty intense, but they don’t always meet the criteria for a ‘severe thunderstorm”.

Edit: Not all severe storms are supercells, either.
