Since the pizza stones have a habit of cracking, the best on which pan to cook the pizza would be Mario Batali's enameled cast iron pan pizza, made by Copco. It 'a great conductor of heat (cooks evenly and quickly) and not needs seasoning (usually a must for cast iron pans) ... Just wash and is ready for use again. Looks nice, too!
