How to decorate my bedroom in a Hollywood Regency style?

I'm 15 and I love everything about Hollywood Land. I would like to have a Hollywood Regency style bedroom. The only problem is that my room is so small that there is barley enough room for a bed. So .. I need some ideas how to make a Hollywood-style room with little space and a bed. Oh and storage space is not a bad idea! Please help!

Galle, etc. If you type Morann-serch-Galle vases, you will see all types of glass design, flowers, birds, fruit. Sorry but all I can think of.

How do I turn a modern vintage look table?

I found a dining table perfect for my apartment. The only problem is that it is a bit 'More modern than I would. The base is a white net and I'm looking for some ideas on how I can make it more vintage and "used" look. I thinking light sandpaper on my legs, I am sure that the paint is glossy. Any help is appreciated!

Hit the edges with sandpaper enough to expose the bare wood. What you are aiming is to remove the paint from places that could in time be bumped against or in contact with surfaces and passing traffic to demonstrate wear. If this does not endanger the table, you can push a painting darker (umber first works really well for distressing) in any detail in the wood although the modern design in general has intricate detail. Grinding the edges will take you closer to what you want, for sure.

There are few things in the house that looks better than a glass dining table. Tables are one of the best ways to give your home a sense of modern sophistication. Even if you do look good, you can run into problems if you are not very careful. Some people find that accidental damage to their table immediately after, and live with scratches on the surface. Here are some tips to keep your table looking great for many years.

First of all, the most important thing to know is that it is necessary to protect your table. The protection is much easier to fix, then it is wise to learn some things to save a lot of headaches. One thing you should do you always use placemats. They do a lot of sense because they provide a level of need of protection between the glass and objects that zero. In addition to placemats, always use a cloth barrier between the utensils and glass. This will protect the heavy metal pans slip.

The next thing you should do to protect your dining table glass is to keep children away from it. If you have small children, we know only too well that love to hit the table with toys and other hard objects. If they do it enough times, it is easy to end up with a broken table. Do yourself a favor and keep children in high chairs until they are old enough to sit and eat without damaging the table. If young children are going to sit around the table, you can get some rubber mats to put in front of them. This should prevent them from damaging the surface.

In case you wind with scratches on the glass, you may be able to solve alone. Take a close look and determine if the scratch is very deep or less. If it is barely scratched, there'sa good chance you can rub some toothpaste mixed with water. If you look at the scratches are too deep or widespread, you may have no choice but to replace the glass. Do not worry, you need to buy a whole table new. Go to the phone book and call some of your local glass companies. Give them the size of the table (use a tape measure), and should be able to give you a As the replacement cost estimate right over the phone. A lot of times, replacing the glass will be cheaper than trying to have it replaced professionally.
