11 – The Mirror – Perfection – Heaven and Earth in Harmony
By seeing ourselves as simply a reflection of the people and places that surround, we are able to achieve peace in our environment. This is presaged because we understand that all people are inherently the same with the same joys, fears, goals, wishes and desires as ourselves. We shall find peace in our own heart and watch it reflect in the world that surrounds.
1st – Behind the Mirror – Removing the weeds in his masters garden, the gardener finds a gold doubloon buried deep within the earth. We should proceed according to plan and fix our mind upon the notion of ‘leading through following.’ If we do this, then we will find what we seek plus an unexpected bonus.
2nd – The Unbreakable Mirror – Wildflowers flourish in the desert sands; no need to wait for a boat, he can walk on water. The mountain may seem far away, but he does not retreat and takes care not to abandon his companions. We currently possess great power. As long as we focus on constant forward motion, all that is asked with regards to this inquiry will come to fruition. Do not retreat. All is well.
3rd – The Eclipsed Mirror – The sun may be momentarily black, but this too will pass. Every going forth is followed by a return, and in the end we shall still be alive and stronger from the lot. Continue forward with persistence and faith. The darkest hour of the night comes right before the dawn.
4th – Polishing the Mirror – As the tides of creation dictate, sometimes we must lead and sometimes we must follow. This is the time to bow our heads and serve others by polishing their mirror. We gain nothing directly for ourselves, and even if they should seem ungrateful, we will continue to serve with diligence and trust in our hearts.
5th – The Vanity Mirror – The kings daughter primps and prepares for marriage to one of her Fathers closest allies. It would be best now to be impartial and make decisions based out of need and logic, forgoing emotional attachments.
6th – The Mirror Shatters – Calamity strikes, the castle wall is breached. We should not fight this exterior force, but rather focus on maintaining order among our own people. Through we have done our best, we will still be blamed.
All Six – The Other Side of the Mirror – If we gaze into the Abyss long enough, the Abyss will start to gaze back at us. Prepare for a dark time.
