Anyone can recommend someone who can paint a panel-painting refers to a clock period?

I am restoring a vintage Seth Thomas split-column clock. I can not afford using a museum restoration expert. Any suggestions?

I would recommend screening every color of silk. Any sign shop can do it, but also an art shop one could say how do you fairly easily and on the instructions with the supplies. Do you really want to trust your child with someone else? Perhaps a sign shop can do the screen, but it keeps the glass and do the screening. It takes a little 'practice on scrap material. Silk screening is the way they do today. I hope that is not concave, and a sign shop or an artist might be able to do it by hand, Convex may still be subject a sign from a store, if a particular store that has the ability. Artists are notoriously sloppy. Anyone would have done a clear picture of the expected results, preferably clean and opaque enough to use in a photographic process or a positive film, a real camera.
