It is the decorative art or politics?

I have a hard time accepting what the experts tell me to art as 'high culture' especially when it comes to a body such as the Arts Council desparately trying to keep a coherent story art. Origin Art's is the decoration. Why the crap?

Art is both for decorative purposes and also has a narrow niche in political use. Art is a form of language, a mode of communication, a pulpit manipulators and admirers a message form. It is noteworthy that the policy is defined as the implementation of a policy or the other would have found forms of art as vehicles ready to strike at the heart of the unwary.
